CANCELLATION POLICY

𝘕𝘰 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘎𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘳 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 To maintain a calm and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our studio space. 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 & 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 With rising health concerns, we kindly ask that you reschedule if you're feeling unwell or experiencing allergy symptoms. Attending your appointment while sick will result in a same-day cancellation and applicable fee. Please prioritize your health—and ours—by waiting until you’re fully well. 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙉𝙤-𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 We understand life happens, but out of respect for our time and other clients, we have a firm cancellation policy: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24-hours are considered no-shows. Late cancellations: 50% of the service fee will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. Clients who no-show will be required to prepay in full to book any future appointments. No exceptions. 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙉𝙤-𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 If you’re running late, please text or call us ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate you: Under 10 minutes late: We’ll complete your service with the remaining time. Full price still applies. Over 10 minutes late: We may need to reschedule to ensure quality of service. A cancellation fee may apply. We always strive to respect your time, and ask for the same courtesy in return. 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙂𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚 We take great pride in our work and your satisfaction is our priority! If you have any concerns, please contact us within 3 days of your service. We’ll happily offer a complimentary touch-up to ensure you’re fully satisfied. 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 We do not offer refunds on any services. However, we proudly offer our 3-day Guarantee Policy (see above) to ensure you're happy with the results. 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 If you suspect you may be allergic to lash products or adhesives, please let us know in advance. We can perform a patch test before your full appointment. If a reaction occurs after a service, notify us right away so we can guide you through next steps. Please note: Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions. 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙋𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. It will go toward your final balance. Cash payments: Please bring exact change—we do not carry change.
